Ritam Privacy Policy

This page defaults to English because the Northshore Labs website is English-first. A Bulgarian version is available on this page for users who prefer it.

This policy applies to the Ritam: Period Tracker mobile app published by NORTHSHORE LABS LTD EOOD ("Northshore Labs", "we", "us").

1. What data we collect

  • Cycle, symptom, and mood data that you enter into the app
  • Account data such as your email address if you choose Google or Apple sign-in
  • Messages sent to the AI assistant if you use that feature
  • Anonymous product analytics used to improve the app through Firebase Analytics
  • Crash and stability data through Firebase Crashlytics
  • Subscription status data through RevenueCat and the App Store

2. Where data is stored

Your records are stored locally on your device by default. When you sign in, your data may sync with our backend systems and related database services so your data can be used across devices.

3. Services we use

  • Firebase for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration
  • RevenueCat for subscription status management
  • Apple App Store for payment processing
  • AI processing for generating educational assistant responses. Messages sent to the AI assistant are routed through our server and may be processed by an external AI service provider. We do not use this content for advertising or data resale.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not create a public profile for you. We do not share your health records with advertising networks. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above to the extent required to operate the app.

5. GDPR legal basis

We process data based on: (a) contract performance to provide the app's functionality; (b) legitimate interest for security, analytics, and product improvement; and (c) consent where we explicitly request it, such as for notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time through device settings or account deletion.

6. Deletion

You can delete all data from Profile → Delete Data inside the app. Deletion removes local records and requests deletion of server-side data associated with your account.

7. Children

Ritam is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
